任職資格：
1、建筑專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、從事本專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)工作5年以上，并獨(dú)立主持或承擔(dān)過大中型工程項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)；
3、具有國家一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師資格證、中級(jí)技術(shù)職稱者優(yōu)先；
4、有甲級(jí)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具有豐富的建筑設(shè)計(jì)以及施工圖設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5、樂于接受新事物并具有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)；
6、如有特殊才能者，以上資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可適當(dāng)放寬。

1、Minimum bachelor degree in Architecture;
2、Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, management of medium and large scale projects design independently;
3、Having country level 1 registered architect certificate and middle-level professional title is priority;
4、Have working experience in the A-class large institute of design and rich experience in architectural design and construction documents design;
5、Accept new things with pleasure, and having creativity consciousness;
6、If you have special talent, the above standard could be extended the limitation.
